It was our first trip to Garda Lake and luckily we stayed in this hotel, which made our stay so perfect! We had a great welcome,from very friendly reception staff and we were upgraded for free to a bigger room with the view.Thank you! This hotel is beautiful,the park is amazing,all the facilities are great,spa,swimming pools,massage,restaurants,room service with delicious Club Sandwiches for dinner.The hotel has the best location and all the staff of the hotel,absolutely everyone was so friendly, helpful, smiley,and so efficient and proffessional!Thank you ALL!!! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and we would definitely come back with our kids next time,as there is a Kids Club.

Grounds are amazing. Room comfortable and spacious. Food at all three restaurants was very good. Great location about 10 min walk into Riva Del Garda. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. I f you can afford pay the extra and get a room on the top floor in the main hotel as the balcony looks out over the stunning grounds, mountains and lake.

The hotel location was wonderful, we loved being in a bungalow surrounded by nature; hills, trees, ponds, ducks, it was breathtaking! Also everything was a walking distance which is wonderful. The indoor swimming pool was gorgeous, warm and great for chilly days. The bungalow was beautiful, designed well.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had in Italy, with a wide variety of high-quality food. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stands out for its breakfast—definitely worth booking a room with breakfast included. The location is excellent, and they offer free parking for guests. We had an EV, and charging was easy and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Italy. The staff were wonderful, always greeting us with a smile. I will definitely come back!

The location is spectacular as well as the surroundings! Excellent breakfast with wide variety of choice and a la carte options 👌🏻 The staff at reception is welcoming and very helpful, special thanks to John (hope the name is correct), the guy who helped with the luggage at check in and check out A lot to do: spa, restaurants, golf, sports, swimming pool, lounge bar Shopping mall near by, so everything is close enough The room was comfy and clean

Breakfast is incredible. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The resort facilities are fantastic. We used all 3 of the pools, the saunas, hot tub, gym. There bars are also good though we did not use the restaurants (aside from breakfast) so I cannot comment on them. All in all, this is a fantastic resort while maintaining some Italian charm and we would highly recommend it as THE place to stay when in Riva del Garda.

Where do I start? Everythihg is great, rather excelkent. Our room, a Murialdo suite, was very spacious as advertised, with full amenities for a kitchinette. The balcony was spacious and with a nice view on the park where you can smell the scent of all flowers and greeneries. Great and huge closets space and spacious bathroom with shower. First hotel that takes good care of having great shampoo. Very clean room, well maintained. A/C was not working as it was still cool weather I believe. Plenty of parking spaces, very convenient laundrette. Amazing and very rich and varied breakfast. The staff overall are amazing, courteous, prompt and really care to serve. Luca in the breakfast room is simply amazing. He is the dyanmo of the whole show. Everyone else at the breakfast area are great. I can't even recall any inconvenience. The old lady who was cleaning our room on a daily basis on the 4th floor is so hard working and pleasant. Our room was cleaned to perfection every day. The park and the variety of activities are numerous. The park is simply amazing for daily casual walks and a breath of fresh air.

The poolside views unmatched, dinner/breakfast was great and spa was wonderful! Our bungalow was perfect for our group. The staff that helped bring our bags to and from our bungalow were great. We stayed for one night sadly, but they let us stay and enjoy the amenities for as long as we liked the next day. Added bonus of a surprise firework show the night we happened to stay there! Wish we could have spent the week!
